Forever Faded was actually the name of the first band I was ever in during high school. We were terrible. It was the first time I realized that music was something I wanted to be involved with for the rest of my life though.

At the time this song was written however, I was beginning to feel like even music might not be enough to make me happy, and this one particular line I've highlighted really shows where my mindset was at the time. I felt completely worthless and would literally do anything to not feel that way anymore, or ever again in the future.
