Springsteen became such a huge influence on me so quickly. I only really got into his music relatively later in my life, at least compared to some of my other favorite musicians. I think around the time that I was maybe 20 years old or so.
Spirit in the Night is a song we had decided to play as a tribute to Clarence Clemons, who had passed away during the time the Argonauts were active. I feel the song itself truly fit in with the other songs and themes present in my own songs as well, and performing this song is one of my favorite memories of playing music with the Argonauts.
